Actually, I have posted some daily life problems about fraction in the previous post. But, in here I want to post about it again. If for the 1st part, I consent about the using of addition and subtraction, so for the second part, I consent on the multiplication and division more. Multiplication of Fraction

Actually, we have already discuss the topic about multiplication and division in fraction. So, after mid semester test, we will doing kinds of review about it. But, if you still face some  difficulties, then we will concentrate on it more.

Be careful! Some of you doing the same mistake in multiplication involves percent.

For example:
20% x 40%
REMEMBER that
20% = 20/100, and
40% = 40/100
So, 20% x 40% = 20/100 x 40/100
                      = (20 x 40)/(100 x 100)
                      = 800/10.000
                      = 8/100 = 8%

Some of you do it like this,
20% x 40% = (20 x 40)%
                 = 800%
That's completely WRONG!!!

So be careful with multiplication involves percent. If you have any question, please ask.
